Hazzle free returns

If for some reason your are not happy with your cover, please go through our little sailors checklist to have it fixed asap:

1. Please contact us by e-mail. Preferably by e-mail because in that way you can sent us a photo or 2 of the problem. Our experts will have a look and come back to you, most likely with a solution.

2. If it cannot be solved, you can sent the cover back to us by using PostNL. Please sent us an e-mail stating your order number, so that we can sent you a prepaid shipping form. For our foreign customers, please sent the cover back using a regular postal service and make sure that the cover is properly packed.

3. Please put a print in your return package stating your name, adress and order number.

4. As soon as we receive the cover, we do a quick check whether all is okay and then we refund you your payment of the order.
