When you try to reach us by phone and the phone is not answered directly, we are probably working at some harbour. We will call you back at the number you were calling from. No worries.
If our website indicates that the cover you selected is in stock and you place your order before 12:00 hrs Dutch time, your cover will be shipped directly with the next upcoming shipment. Depending on your address of delivery the transit time can vary.
Always contact us! If you have any questions about the cover, just ask and most likely we can help you with our massive experience.
Sorry, this is not possible. We are fully focused on our online customer experience. As such our warehouse is not accessible to customers. But, if you order directly through the website, it is the fastest way to get you cover!

Shipment

Topdekzeilen charges a standard coverage for shipping costs of EUR 5 per order within the Netherlands. The actual shipping costs are higher, but in this way, we share them.
As soon as we ship your cover, you will receive an e-mail from us containing the track&trace code and link to our track&trace website.Or just go to the website directly, https://topdekzeilen.myparcel.me/ and fill out the tracking code from the e-mail and your zip code.
Topdekzeilen uses a shipping fee per order depending on the adress of delivery. To get an up-to-date shipping costs amount to your location, just go to our website, add a cover to your shoppingcart and fill out your delivery adress. The website calculates the shipping fees automatically before you order through our website.

Payments

All orders through the website can be paid by banktransfer, iDEAL, Paypal or Bancontact. The methodes that are available are depending on the country where the cover is to be delivered.
If you order online and select to pay by banktransfer you will receive a detailed e-mail with all the required information.
Sorry, after placing your order you cannot change the payment method. What you can do is cancel your current order and place a new order with the correct payment method. We will take care of cancelling the incorrect order.

Returns

If your package was sent to an address within the Netherlands, you can return it for free within 30 days of purchase. To do this, either request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in your account or, if you ordered as a guest, send an email to info@topdekzeilen, including your name and order number. We will then create the RMA for you, and you will receive a prepaid return label for use with PostNL (for Dutch adresses only).
Pack the cover securely and go to your local post office. Insure the package for at least the purchase amount and send it to the address listed on the contact page. Before or after sending, create an RMA through your account or by sending an email to info@topdekzeilen.nl.
Through our RMA system, you will be kept informed, but it's all quite straightforward. After receiving the cover in our warehouse, we conduct a check to ensure it is still in new condition. Once confirmed, we will refund the purchase amount through the same payment method you used when placing your order.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange a cover. Therefore, it's best to request an RMA and place a new order.
If you return your order from the Netherlands to us, Topdekzeilen covers the shipping costs via PostNL. If you choose to return the package through another carrier, you will be responsible for the costs. If you're returning your order from outside the Netherlands, you are responsible for the shipping costs to us.
After receiving the cover in our warehouse, we conduct a check to ensure it is still in new condition. Once confirmed, we will refund the purchase amount through the same payment method you used when placing your order. This process may take approximately one workweek after the cover arrival.

Cover specific

Yes, that can be done for a small additional cost! You can specify this directly on the order page for the 16m2 and BM. While we strive to deliver from stock, the delivery time for customizations can extend to 3-4 weeks.
Unfortunately, that's not possible. We tailor our materials to the type of boat, so it may happen that not all materials are offered for a specific boat or class.
Yes, it's possible! It's best to contact us directly at info@topdekzeilen.nl. It would be helpful if you include some standard dimensions of your sailboat in the email.
Yes, that can be done for a small additional cost! Please send an email to info@topdekzeilen.nl. Such minor modifications are not a problem but may incur extra costs and additional lead time. While we normally aim for stock delivery, the delivery time for customizations can extend to 3-4 weeks.

Warranty

Topdekzeilen gives a standard warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase. If you would like to lodge a warranty claim you can do this by e-mail or directly through your account on our website (RMA). In case your boatcover is older than the 12 months, please still contact us. Most of the time we can still help you as we all love to go out sailing.
